At Kachelo Fruit Farms, we value our clients orders and we try our best to offer an exceptional experience where each customer would be satisfied with the purchase and service.
However, and due to the short season, returns cannot be accommodated due to managing a high number of orders daily and causing disruption to our work flow and operations. Yet we still advise our clients to share an image of the box in case of fruit damage or any other reason where they feel they deserve the return.

Given the current uncertainty in the region and ongoing fluctuations in fuel prices, we are unable to confirm delivery charges at the moment.
For now, we kindly request all orders to be booked on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. We will update you on finalized delivery charges within the coming month.
