Make notes  and if you can solve the query over the call do it or tell the customer that we have noted his/her query and will revert  with our feedback

Depending upon the customer issue, Tell the customer we will investigate his/her issue with the relevant dept/courier and will revert to him/her within 24 hours, highlight the issue to the relevant dept/courier company immediately and ensure they have take action and responded within the (TAT) Turn Around Time and revert to the customer/client and letting them know that their issue has been solved.
